Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) Lead to supervise clinical operations and guide staff across multiple Illinois locations. The role requires RN licensure, CPR certification, and triage experience.

The position involves some travel and flexible hours to meet patient needs. Office hours are typically Monday–Friday with full-time, 40 hours per week, and benefits include premium pay, tuition reimbursement, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA).
• Office/Triage RN experience.
• BSN - preferred, NOT required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with Clinical Supervisor and Practice Manager to deliver quality care for assigned clinical area during all days and hours of operation. Supervises staff in absence of the Clinical Supervisor and resolves operation and patient care problems.
