Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) for the General Surgery service to assess caller needs via inbound and outbound calls and provide education and guidance. The role requires Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification; BSN preferred.

You will coordinate referrals, tests, insurance pre-authorization, and maintain exam-room readiness while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification are required.
• BSN degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities
