AdventHealth in Asheville, NC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to assess patient and family needs, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions. You will document care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing professional growth.

This full-time day-shift role requires RN licensure and BLS certification, with a strong emphasis on patient education, safety, and quality improvement.

Formación

• RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Associate's degree in nursing required.

• Assesses and diagnoses patients' and families needs to provide quality care.
• Develops and communicates realistic problem lists for each patient in collaboration with the patient and family.
• Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.
• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
• Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a team to meet departmental goals and objectives.
• Maintains current knowledge, certification, and licensure, and pursues ongoing professional growth and development.
• Provides patient education and support to address identified needs.
• Monitors and evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
