Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) Lead to oversee clinical operations across Elmhurst, Downers Grove, Addison, and Oak Park locations. The role is full-time with standard office hours and some travel to other sites, requiring flexibility in hours to meet patient care needs.

Responsibilities include supervising staff in the absence of the Clinical Supervisor, coordinating daily assignments, and serving as a clinical resource and physician liaison.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA).
• Office/Triage RN experience.
• BSN - preferred, NOT required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Clinical Supervisor and Practice Manager to deliver quality care for assigned clinical area during all days and hours of operation. Provides supervision of staff in absence of the Clinical Supervisor. Collaborates with Clinical Supervisor/Practice Manager to determine work priorities, prepare daily work assignments, and monitors compliance for regulatory requirements. Serves as a resource person for clinical staff in resolving operation and patient care problems, acts as physician liaison and role model for staff. Functions within scope of responsibility of licensure.
