Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN in Triage for a 13-week assignment in a clinic setting. The role includes triage calls, EMR documentation, and coordination of patient care with cardiology-focused patients. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with an active RN license and BLS required.

Description:Triage patient calls and assess their needs.Enter and scan results into the electronic medical record.Review clinical documents for indexing into patient charts.Scan and verify documents for provider review.Check for messages and callbacks multiple times a day.Make follow-up calls regarding medication adjustments.Communicate test results that are abnormal to patients, along with provider recommendations.Track and manage orders appropriately.Create reminders during chart review or when following up with patients.Triage incoming referrals and manage provider schedules.Review cancellation lists and add patients as necessary.Monitor CardioMEMS and PSCK9 patients, including prior authorizations and education.Engage in authorization processes with insurance companies.Handle denials and peer-to-peer consultations for testing.
