Job summary

Sprenger Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our South Carolina team. You will obtain reports, follow up on residents' treatment needs, and conduct rounds to assess skin conditions and overall care.

You will supervise nursing assistants, report changes to physicians and nursing supervisors, administer treatments per orders, and document weekly progress notes. Join a team with long-term career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• SC RN licensure required and current
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Strong assessment and observation skills

Responsibilities

• Obtain reports and implement follow-up actions as necessary for residents' treatment needs
• Conduct resident rounds to assess skin condition and care needs
• Instruct nursing assistants in safety measures and adaptive equipment use
• Assess and report changes in residents' condition to physicians and supervisors and take follow-up action
• Administer treatments per physician orders and record progress notes weekly
