Job summary

Sprenger Health Care is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our healthcare team in Ohio. The RN will assess residents, administer medications, perform treatments and provide support to residents and families.

The incumbent will maintain accurate EMR records, monitor vitals, and adhere to professional nursing standards while collaborating with a compassionate team dedicated to quality care and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in good standing.
• Valid CPR certification is required.
• Proven RN experience in clinical settings.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR).
