Job summary

Sprenger Health Care Systems in Massillon, Ohio seeks a skilled RN to join our healthcare team. The RN will assess residents, administer medications, perform treatments, and support residents and their families with compassionate care.

Requirements include an active RN license, CPR certification, and EMR proficiency; strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and unrestricted RN license issued by the state nursing board.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Proven experience as an RN in various clinical settings.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical practices.
• Stay informed about current nursing practices and regulations.
