• Licensed registered nurse (RN) in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Obtain report and implement follow-up actions as necessary for residents' treatment needs.
• Conduct resident rounds to assess skin condition and take required follow-up actions.
• Instruct nursing assistants in preventive safety measures and use of adaptive equipment.
• Assess and report changes in resident condition to physicians and supervisors and take follow-up action.
• Administer treatments per physician orders and document progress notes weekly.
