Responsibilities

• Obtain report and implement follow-up actions related to residents' treatment needs.
• Conduct resident rounds to assess skin condition and take follow-up action as needed.
• Instruct nursing assistants in preventive safety measures and use of adaptive equipment.
• Assess and report changes in residents' condition to physician and nursing supervisor, and take follow-up action.
• Administer treatments per physician orders, record treatments performed, and keep weekly progress notes.

Essential Job Functions

• Obtain report and implement appropriate follow-up action as necessary in relation to the resident’s treatment needs.
• Conduct resident rounds as assigned to assess and report the skin condition of each resident, and take necessary follow up action.
