FullShift Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for local and travel assignments. You will ensure resident care in a clean, safe environment, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants to implement effective strategies.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have 1 year hospital experience, are proficient with electronic charting, and can work flexible hours. BLS is required; ACLS is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualificações

• Active RN license (state unspecified)
• 1 year hospital experience
• Ability to work flexible hours
• BLS required, ACLS preferred
• TB test within the year
• Physical within 6 months
• Finger Print Card clearance (current)

Responsabilidades

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean, safe environment
• Develops and ensures nursing care plans and collaborates with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Makes nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy
• Records administration of medication
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations and compliance
• Follows procedures for nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed
