Job summary

Highpoint Health Sumner in Gallatin, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Trauma Program as a Trauma Program Manager. This role leads the trauma program, coordinating patient care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Department.

The TPM will oversee daily operations, staff performance, and budget considerations while integrating evidence-based practices and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing departmental goals and objectives aligned to organizational strategy.
• Manage staff relations, scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and development.
• Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate patient care with multiple stakeholders; provide direct patient care when necessary.
• Foster an environment encouraging professional growth and evidence-based practice.
