Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments, evaluate high-risk indicators.
• Administer and manage medications with accuracy.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation.
• Assist in crisis intervention and safety planning.
