Indiana Treatment Centers, in partnership with Ascension Recovery Services, in Mishawaka, Indiana, is looking for a dedicated RN to join a substance use disorder treatment program. You will provide direct patient care, exercise clinical leadership, supervise team members when needed, and collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other professionals to deliver evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• State-specific RN licensure is required; BSN or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of mental health or SUD program experience preferred, with acute/residential care preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and provide daily patient care in adult inpatient addiction treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, labs, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Assess and coordinate the plan of care for new admissions and medical orders.
• Support a therapeutic milieu and participate as a key medical team member.
• Generate and review MARs and reconcile with pharmacist records.
• Participate in discharge planning from the day of admission.
• Act as liaison for patients and families with community agencies and hospital staff.
• Document daily patient contacts accurately and in line with policies.
• Support additional duties and special projects as needed.
