Job summary

The role requires a BSN or ADN (or Nursing Diploma) and current RN licensure; 1 year ED experience required, 3–4 years preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with ED experience required; 1 year minimum.
• 3-4 years ED RN experience preferred.
• Active RN license in Virginia or compact state on hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle conflict and resolve issues with team members, providers, patients and families.
• Coordinate patient throughput with ED leadership and other departments.
• Monitor throughput data weekly and monthly to drive improvements.
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
