Qualifications

• 1 year RN Experience in Emergency Department (Required).
• 3-4 years RN experience in Emergency Department (Preferred).
• Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact state at hire.
• Current CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS; ENPC/TNCC/CEN preferred at hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow in the ED under supervision of leadership.
• Coordinate throughput with ED charge nurses, providers, and inpatient staff.
• Interpret throughput data and drive safety-focused decisions.
• Mentor staff, control costs, and uphold policies.
