Corewell Health in Grand Rapids seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Transplant Clinic to provide high‑quality patient care across the transplant continuum. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while upholding ANA standards and advocating for patients and families.

Ideal candidates possess transplant/cardiology/ICU experience and an active Michigan RN license. Schedule is typical 8–4 with weekdays, no weekends, and a strong team environment with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Must have RN licensure in Michigan (STATE_MI).
• Ideal candidate has transplant, donation, cardiology, or ICU experience.
• Strong nursing assessment, documentation, and patient advocacy skills.

Responsabilidades

• Rooming patients and coordinating care within transplant clinic.
• Medication reviews, ECG, ICD interrogation, infusions and IV starts.

Associate's Degree in Nursing
