UW Health's University Hospital in Madison, WI is seeking an RN Transplant Coordinator for the Pancreas program. This role collaborates with world-renowned transplant experts to guide patients through the transplant journey, using clinical judgment to educate and support across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing may substitute for one year of clinical experience.
• 2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• 2 years of transplant or closely related nursing experience preferred.

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift, Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm. No weekends. No holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

RN Transplant Coordinator - Pancreas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of experience and education Required
• Master's Degree in Nursing or relevant area may be used to substitute for one (1) year of clinical experience

Work Experience

• 2 years of clinical nursing experience Required
• Progressive Nursing experience with demonstrated success Required
• 2 years of transplant or closely related nursing experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
