Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license required.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA track) if BSN/MSN not held.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Foreign graduates must have license validation through TruMerit per Ohio Board rules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met across the department and hospital.
• Monitor and communicate safety and compliance concerns to leadership.
• Deliver patient care with clinical judgment and family-centered approach.
