Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited four-year nursing program.
• RN license in the State of Florida (ARNP or RN) and current license.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience with at least two years in medical/surgical units with transplant population.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient health alterations and assess response to treatment protocols.
• Communicate data to physician staff and implement nursing interventions per protocols.
• Anticipate potential outcomes for patients at risk for complications.
