AdventHealth seeks an experienced RN to join the Transition to Acute Care (TTAC) Training Program in Daytona Beach, FL. The program provides education, mentorship, and hands-on clinical experience to build confidence in acute care nursing.

The ideal candidate is an RN licensed with interest in acute care, willing to complete program requirements and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required and in good standing.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments evaluating physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely following physician orders.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure teamwork.
