Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting required.
• RN licensure required by state.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.
• Demonstrates strong nursing knowledge and clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate with physicians and care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Document care accurately and promptly in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.
• Ensure infection control practices are followed and patient safety is prioritized.
• Assist with procedures and support ongoing care planning and audits.
