Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate patient assessments and documents findings, reporting changes to the care team.
• Administers prescribed medications, monitors effects, and documents administrations per standards.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions as needed.
• Delivers patient and family education on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Ensures infection control protocols and safety standards are consistently followed.
• Maintains equipment knowledge and assists with procedures as competency allows.
