• Develops and communicates patient care plans; assesses and reassesses patient needs.
• Ensures patient safety and privacy, verifies identifiers, and follows infection control guidelines.
• Promotes patient and family centered care and supports discharge planning.
• Maintains documentation per unit standards and demonstrates professional development.
