Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transformational Leadership: serves as a highly engaged partner on the care team and responds to care team needs for assistance.
• Demonstrates the nursing process to meet patient and family needs across clinical and psychosocial domains.
• Effectively delegates care while maintaining accountability for quality.
• Supports unit-based governance and strives for improvements in patient experience and nurse-sensitive indicators.
