Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to meet clinical, psychosocial and spiritual needs of patients.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate patient care on shift.
• Demonstrate leadership as RN I and participate in governance activities.
• Adapt to change and support care transitions across the continuum.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families and healthcare team.
