Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning patient treatment programs with nursing staff.
• Administer medications and obtain diagnostic tests as directed.
• Support minor procedures and monitoring within the nursing scope.
• Count controlled substances and document nursing encounters per policy.
• Communicate patient status and care plans with the team.
