Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Nursing required.
• RN license required.

• 2+ years in Emergency Dept/ICU and/or house supervisor role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ambulance transfers from hospitals to other facilities and post-acute care providers.
• Respond to callers in a transfer center using patient information and service profiles.
• Consult with on-call physicians regarding patient care issues and provide guidance as needed.
• Communicate with physicians and facilities to manage patient movements and transfers.
• Document and track hospital transfers and transports.
