Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze information for medical necessity criteria for transfers within the Avera system.
• Serve as liaison between sending hospitals' case managers, providers and Avera Transfer Center RN/accepting physician.
• Utilize EMR and patient flow software to place patients in the right bed at the right time.
