Job summary

Special Touch Home Care, Inc. is seeking an RN Training Instructor to teach approved PCA/HHA curricula at our Gravesend Brooklyn training school.

When not teaching, the instructor will conduct in-services for PCA/HHA staff, and perform competency evaluations in line with regulations and company policy. Responsibilities include supervising students, grading tests, documenting progress, and developing course outlines with clear objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide related instruction and supervise students.
• Proctor and grade tests.
• Document students' progress and complete all required forms and reports.
• Prepare and submit a course of study with objectives, student performance objectives and lesson plans.
• Perform other duties as requested by the director, program coordinator, and management.
