Job summary

Bold Vision Career LLC is seeking a qualified Healthcare Instructor to join our training team in Queens, NY. The role includes classroom instruction, skills lab training, and clinical supervision for CNA, PCA, and HHA programs. Must be an RN with strong teaching skills and a passion for preparing students for healthcare careers.

On-site position with day and evening shifts; weekends optional. Competitive hourly pay and a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a New York State RN license.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• 1 year experience in long-term care, home care, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, professional, and student-focused.

Responsibilities

• Teach students in CNA, PCA, and HHA training programs.
• Provide classroom instruction and hands-on skills training.
• Conduct competency evaluations and student assessments.
• Supervise students during clinical rotations (when applicable).
• Maintain attendance, grades, and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DOH and NYSED standards.
• Prepare students for certification, employment, and career readiness.
• Create a positive, professional learning environment.
