Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver care.
• Coordinate with physicians and specialists to manage resident care.
• Educate residents and families on health management and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement.
