About the Opportunity

The Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) will work closely with community leadership to develop expertise in all aspects of assisted living operations, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. This role provides a pathway to a Clinical Director position while offering valuable experience in leadership, business operations, and healthcare management.
