How You’ll Make a Difference

1. Take ownership of patient experience via telephone: Provide disease and drug-specific education to patients and caregivers, following clinical protocols and nursing guidelines, while assessing and documenting clinical data and interventions.
2. Be a coach to empower your patients, focusing on their overall well-being. Collaborate with treating physicians and a network of nurses to inform them of new symptoms and health issues. Supportive ecosystem provided by Accredo.
3. Grow professionally in a patient-centered environment. Assist in training new hires, mentoring peers, and conducting quality documentation checks to provide feedback to management.

Full-time, work from home – residence must be in a compact state.

Start Date

Monday, June 16, 2025

Shift

11:30 am to 8:00 pm CST, Monday – Friday. Note: The first 6 weeks of training may start between 8 am - 11:30 am EST depending on the week.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to provide telephonic education to patients and caregivers, adhering to clinical protocols and nursing scope of practice.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in your state of residence, with NCLEX or recognized state exam completion.
• Must reside in a compact state and have or be able to obtain a compact license with no restrictions for additional single-state licenses.
• Maintain all nursing licenses; failure to do so will result in employment termination.
• Microbiology coursework completed (required for California licensure).
• Experience in Neurology, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Asthma, Oncology, or Pediatrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Internet speed: minimum 5MBPS upload / 2MBPS download (Cable broadband or Fiber Optic).
• Excellent phone etiquette.
