How you’ll make a difference:

• Take ownership of patient experience via telephone: Provide telephonic education, including disease and drug-specific information to patients and caregivers. Follow clinical protocols and work within the nursing scope of practice, assessing and documenting clinical data and interventions.
• Be a coach to empower patients to be at their best, focusing on their overall well-being. Collaborate with treating physicians and a network of nurses for support.
• Grow alongside peers in a patient-centered environment. Assist with new hire training, mentoring, and peer-quality documentation checks.

Full-time work from home – you MUST reside in a compact state.

Start Date: Monday, June 16, 2025

Shift: 11:30 am to 8:00 pm CST, Monday – Friday

Note: The first 6 weeks of training may start between 8 am-11:30 am EST depending on the week.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) compact license required
• MUST reside in a compact state
• 2-5 years of relevant experience with an RN License

Requirements:

• Active unencumbered RN license in your state, with NCLEX or recognized exam completion
• Apply for or hold a compact license; ability to obtain additional single-state licenses without restrictions
• Maintain all nursing licenses; failure to do so may result in employment termination
• Must have completed Microbiology for California licensure
• Knowledge/experience in Neurology, MS, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Asthma, Oncology, or Pediatrics
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Internet speed: minimum 5MBPS upload / 2MBPS download via cable broadband or fiber optic
• Excellent phone etiquette
