Hudson Regional Health in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of care, and to coordinate with the health care team to maximize the patient’s independence for safe discharge.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, NJ RN license, BLS (AHA) and 0-1 years of experience, with 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred. This is a full-time, day shift position with weekend rotation.

What You'll Be Doing

The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team, which may include coordination of services with rehabilitation staff to maximize the patient’s independence to return to their prior residence.
