Job summary

Hudson Regional Health in Hoboken, NJ seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across shifts. The role includes delegation of patient care to team members and coordination with rehabilitation staff to maximize independence and return to the patient’s prior residence.

Full-time, Night shift. 7pm to 7:30am. Rotational weekend Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• Valid NJ RN License is required.
• BLS -AHA certification is required.
• 0-1 relevant work experience is required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care. The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team, which may include coordination of services with rehabilitation staff to maximize the patient’s independence to return to their prior residence.

What We're Looking For

• Associate Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
