Job summary

Hoboken University Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the RN-Telemetry Unit, M/S 4NO. This full-time daytime role is based in Hoboken, NJ.

Primary responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for telemetry patients and coordinating with the health care team to restore patient independence. Requirements include Associate Degree in Nursing; NJ RN license; BLS-AHA; 0–1 year of related experience (2–4 years preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• BLS - AHA certification is required.
• 0-1 relevant work experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care. The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team, which may include coordination of services with rehabilitation staff to maximize the patient’s independence to return to their prior residence.
