Job summary

Dignity Health Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Active CA RN license and BLS/ACLS are required, with at least 6 months of recent acute care experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months prior acute care experience in same unit.
• Active California RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides evidence-based nursing care to achieve health outcomes. Prioritizes patient care activities and collaborates to plan holistic care.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and identifies needs across physical, emotional, psychosocial, educational, discharge, and cultural domains.
• Develops an individualized care plan with clear goals and timelines, involving patient and family.
• Implements care with appropriate use of equipment, following policies and protocols.
• Reassesses and updates the care plan to reflect changing needs and responses to interventions.
