Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an RN for the IMCU/Telemetry unit in College Station, TX. This full-time night shift role (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) offers self-scheduling and engagement with a 40-bed unit serving adult cardiac, stroke, and multi-organ dysfunction patients.
The RN will perform clinical assessments, develop and adjust care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

The Intermediate Care/Telemetry Unit (IMCU) at Baylor Scott & White Hospital – College Station is a 40-bed unit providing care to adult patients requiring an increased level of monitoring and nursing care.
Our patient population includes adult cardiac, stroke, and multi-organ dysfunction patients. Nurses provide comprehensive care while closely monitoring patients for changes in condition and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys caring for complex adult patients, utilizing strong clinical judgment, and working collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
Baylor Scott & White Hospital – College Station is a private, 143-bed, multi-specialty hospital. The Medical Center is a certified advanced primary stroke center, a certified chest pain center, as well as a Level III Trauma Center. As a Registered Nurse, oversee patient care using a professional practice model. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. Secure patient travel. Know about patient needs in healthcare. Help patients and prevent issues. Follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.
