Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the 4th Floor Telemetry team on a part-time schedule (7p–7a). You will deliver direct, comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge, document outcomes, and apply evidence-based practices to bedside caregiving.

ACLS/BLS are required within set timeframes; Kentucky RN licensure is mandatory. Preferred applicants may have BSN and recent telemetry experience.

Qualifications

• ADN degree from an accredited institution.
• Current unrestricted RN licensure in Kentucky.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• Crisis Prevention within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Review and document care provided and patient outcomes.
• Follow professional standards and evidence-based practices.
• Prioritize care based on changing assessments and patient needs.
