Job summary

Baptist Health in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for 2 West Medical Telemetry. The RN will provide direct patient care on a telemetry unit, with shift 7p–7a and a 15% shift differential. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for external candidates.

Requirements include an ADN and KY RN licensure with ACLS and BLS within specified timelines. BSN preferred. Benefits include tuition assistance, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• ADN degree from an accredited institution.
• Current unrestricted RN licensure in Kentucky.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• BLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Crisis Prevention within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Review and document care provided, patient outcomes and evaluations.
• Follow professional standards of care.
• Prioritize care based on changing assessment and patient needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with physicians and hospital departments.
