Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, skilled nursing services for hospitalized patients. You will assess needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient conditions daily, collaborating with physicians to craft comprehensive care plans.

You will guide patients and families through discharge planning, ensuring safe transitions to home or another setting.

Qualifications

• Current WA State RN license.
• 1+ years recent RN experience with acute care patients.
• CPR certification required every two years or as specified.
• Other certifications may be required for specialty areas.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program approved by the WA State Board of Nursing.

As our Inpatient Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, skilled nursing services to patients requiring hospitalization, guiding them toward optimal health and functional recovery. Every day you will assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and continuously monitor patient conditions. You will collaborate seamlessly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans, always preparing patients and their families for a successful discharge, whether to home or to another setting for continued care. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for every individual.

Required

Job Requirements

Pay Range

$47.12 - $88.77 /hour
