As our Inpatient Charge Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, skilled nursing services to patients requiring hospitalization, guiding them toward optimal health and functional recovery.

Every day you will assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and continuously monitor patient conditions. You will collaborate seamlessly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans, always preparing patients and their families for a successful discharge, whether to home or to another setting for continued care.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for every individual.

Required

Job Requirements

• Current WA State RN license
