Cynet HealthStaff in Manchester, NH seeks an RN for Telemetry, nocturnal shift, 13-week assignment. The role focuses on inpatient telemetry and cardiac intermediate care with a strong CCU background. Description:This position involves caring for inpatient Level holds in the emergency department.The primary focus will be on telemetry and cardiac intermediate care.Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a strong background in PCU.Experience in the ED is preferred, but not mandatory.First-time travelers who have 2 years of experience and EPIC experience are welcome to apply.Weekend availability is required every other weekend.Candidates should be able to float to similar units as needed.The patients will include those with diagnoses such as chest pain, heart failure, sepsis, and pneumonia.Management and titration of various cardiac drips, such as Lasix and Heparin, is expected.Essential equipment includes BiPAP, CPAP, and monitoring systems.A team nursing approach will be followed.No patient assignments will be made that do not match clinical experience or team assignment.Successful candidates will be adaptable, collaborative, and capable of managing a range of patient conditions.
