Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse licensure required.

Responsibilities
Perform patient assessments and identify needs.
Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
Provide age-appropriate patient care.
Complete Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
Perform timely QI assessments.

Education
