Job summary

Suncoast Community Health Centers Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead the nursing, phlebotomy, referrals, and medical assistant teams at multiple Florida centers.

This role ensures clinical excellence and adherence to FQHC standards while promoting staff development. The RN Supervisor will coordinate patient care, perform annual evaluations, manage schedules, and collaborate with the Associate Medical Director and Clinic Administrator to maintain efficient operations

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active and unrestricted Florida RN license.
• BLS certification within three months of hire.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage nursing, phlebotomy, referrals, and medical assistant staff.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Coordinate patient care and triage processes.
• Ensure compliance with SCHC policies and regulations.
• Promote staff development and professional growth.
• Lead quality improvement and infection control initiatives as needed.
• Maintain documentation and monitor clinical performance metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage operations across centers.
• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, phlebotomists, and medical assistants.
• Travel between center locations as required.
