Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to own full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing through onboarding, partnering with hiring leaders and driving talent strategies.

This role will primarily support RN recruitment in East Michigan, building diverse, qualified pipelines and guiding candidates through the process.

You will use market insights and data to improve posting, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding within a dynamic health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 3 years of recruiting or staffing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define requirements and hiring plans.
• Post and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage selection process.
• Source proactively to build diverse talent pipelines; use market insights and data.
• Provide coaching to managers and candidates throughout the process.
• Facilitate offers and onboarding; ensure accurate processing and regulatory compliance.

Job Summary

Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting of top talent into Corewell Health, from sourcing through onboarding. Builds strong partnerships with hiring leaders, proactively sources qualified and diverse talent, and uses market insights and recruiting data to develop effective talent strategies. Serves as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner who is curious, solutions-focused, and continuously looks for new ways to attract and move talent through the hiring process.

This position will primarily support RN recruitment in East Michigan.

Essential Functions

• Develops a thorough knowledge of assigned business areas: Strategic business goals, department culture, needs and expectations. Consults and partners with hiring managers to understand position specific requirements. Conducts in depth intake sessions to assure expectations are clearly aligned, and create a successful sourcing strategy.
• Provides counsel and advice to hiring leaders regarding job market conditions, competitive challenges, interviewing skills, best practice processes, etc.
• Ensures timely and accurate posting of positions, applicant review, and submission of applicants for hiring manager consideration, within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Builds strong networks to proactively discover and identify top external talent. Uses innovative and new techniques and technology.
• Provides complete, accurate and inspiring information to applicants regarding Corewell Health opportunities.
• Interviews applicants to assess qualifications, behavioral competence and availability, in accordance with Affir
• Facilitates offers of employment and initiates onboarding process. Assures that all information is processed accurately and timely, and in compliance with all requirements/regulations.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to entry level team members. Participates in career fairs or other recruiting-related events.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Human Resources, Business or related field
• 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting and/or staffing or equivalent HR area. Experience with a broad range of positions

Preferred

• Experience recruiting nurses, healthcare professional or other high-demanded talent
• Experience using recruiting technology, such as Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn
• Demonstrated curiosity, creativity and initiative in developing new approaches to attract and engage talent
