Job summary

Premier Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the MED SURG WEIGHT LOSS department at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. The role requires completion of a BSN or enrollment with plan to obtain within 5 years, and current Ohio RN licensure with BLS certification.

Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills are essential. The CN will coordinate care through the interdisciplinary team, ensure adherence to policy, and provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support

Qualifications

• BSN degree required or must obtain within 5 years of hire.
• Proof of enrollment required within 6 months of hire.
• Current Ohio RN license
• Current AHA BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for a caseload of patients in the Med/Surg Weight Loss department.
• Coordinate and direct care delivered by the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate professionalism and evidence-based nursing practice.
• Maintain compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and institutional policies.
