Position Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and at the unit level. The role is responsible for supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The role supports the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintains clinical staff competency, and manages resources related to patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum Experience: At least one year of clinical experience preferred; telemetry experience and CCRN certification are a plus.
• Certifications: Valid Multi-State RN License, BLS CPR, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
